Christine “Misty” Barth is the Practice Manager. In 2006 Misty decided to join Dr. Z and the DCFM after experiencing significant changes in her health under his care.
Since that time, Misty has taken on the role of Practice Manager and is responsible for the operations and the administration of the practice.
In addition, she processes health-insurance claims and helps to implement payment programs to ensure that our care is available to those who need it.
Because education is critical for patient care, Misty also assists Dr. Z in the preparation of educational materials, as well as helping to guide those who require nutraceuticals as part of their care.
Misty’s attention to detail, as well as her ability to create a sense of ease with patients, helps to create a unique healing experience.
Yve Novotny-Gentile joined the team in 2011 to help oversee and manage the front desk. In that capacity, she schedules appointments, maintains contact with patients, processes payments, and assists Misty in the smooth operation of the practice.
Yve was quick to weave herself into the practice to greet and welcome patients and guests, answer queries, and provide information about any part of patient care.
From a patient’s initial call to the first appointment, Yve helps to create a feeling of comfort and ease so patients have an experience that is important in the restoration of their health.
