imagesThe puffed Cheez Doodle, a beloved ‘snack,’ or whatever you call it, for millions of people. I’m not sure cheez doodles are found in nature but … OK. Oh, I forgot, there is cornmeal in them; therefore, they’re a food … whatever!  The creator of the puffed cheez doodle passed away at the end of July. Morrie Yohai—better known as Mr. Cheez Doodle—died at the age of 90 from cancer.

What’s in the doodle? I wondered the same thing. According to Wise Snacks, this orange puffed phenomenon has the following ingredients:

Cornmeal – a flour made from ground corn. Not only is it a product used in the manufacture of edible items; it is also used to treat soil-borne fungal diseases, control algae in water, stimulate compost production, control weeds, and treat fungal infections of the skin. Yum!

Vegetable oil – such as cottonseed oil. This oil comes from the cotton seed and has been to found to repel insects from the cotton plant. It is also used as a common cooking oil which prolongs the life of the junk you’re about to eat. In other words, it increases the shelf life of processed foods.  Oh, and research has found this saturated fat to cause infertility in rats.

Other ingredients include whey, cornstarch, salt, buttermilk, and ‘real cheese’.

Monosodium Glutamate – a salt used as a food additive and flavor enhancer. It is toxic!! Remember Chinese food?? You have got to read this!!!

MSG is no joke!!  http://www.NaturalNews.com/009379_monosodium_glutamate_MSG.html

Artificial colors: yellow 6 lake, yellow 5 lake.  OK – WAKE UP!!! These common food dyes put in junk food and snacks are made from petroleum! YES, oil!! Chemical companies manufacture this garbage to make junk food more attractive!

Wow!! We all really need to wake up and educate ourselves on the craziness happening in our so-called “food” industry. There are companies that create junk food, and there are other companies that make the junk more attractive to us—make it inexpensive to purchase (which makes it easy to get)—even though it has been proven to cause disease. We need to wake up and realize this sick truth, and make the decision to stop buying this stuff that is not even food.
